How long does it take for me to receive my kite?
Kites are shipped out the same business dat for any orders placed before noon eastern time. All kites are shipped via UPS ground. With the continental US kites can take up to 5 days transit time for the west coast and 1-3 days on the east coast.
What comes with a complete kite?
A complete kite comes kite, bag, bar, lines and pump.
What comes with a kite only?
A kite only comes with kite, bag and pump.
How do I return a kite?
If you purchase a new from Griffin Kites USA, you may return it within 30 if you are not satisfied with it. All returns must be initied within 30 days of the original purchase date. All kite must be returned with original parts and equipment. Kite, bars, bags or pumps will not be accepted for return if they have been damaged, repaired or substituted. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I file a warranty?
All warranties must be filed within 90 days of original purchase date. Contact us to initiate a file a warranty claim.
